Join us for Summer Season 2018.
Summer Season is a performance program that gives students entering grades 4 through High School graduates the opportunity to participate in a fully produced show on the Charlotte Martin Theatre stage. This summer, SCT will produce 4 shows in our Summer Season. New this year, we will also be using Summer Season auditions to look for some young actors for SCT's upcoming Mainstage Season.
NEW Tiered Tuition for Summer Season
To make participation in Summer Season shows more accessible, we have adopted a voluntary tiered pricing structure. Once cast, you and your family can choose the tuition level right for you. We will keep tuition information confidential. The tuition level you choose will not influence casting in any way. If your family needs more financial support to participate in Summer Season, you may fill out our financial aid application. This financial support is made possible thanks to the generosity of Seattle Children’s Theatre donors.
- $775 This tuition level most accurately accounts for the true costs of Summer Season, including royalties, director fees, set and costume materials, and the professional personnel who mentor our technical interns through the experience of mounting a Summer Season show.
- $615 This is our traditional tuition rate for Summer Season. Paying this amount will go a long way towards helping to cover the Summer Season costs.
- $300 We hope this tuition rate will allow more families to participate in and comfortably contribute to the Summer Season program.
