"YAI was the ‘light bulb moment’ for me – the program that showed me what a career in theatre could look like. The relationships I built with my YAI classmates and teachers served as the foundation and launching pad for my professional career."
- Hattie Andres, YAI Director
"I always dreamed that when I was ready to move on, I would leave the program in the hands of a YAI alum who embodied the best parts of the teaching and who applied what they had learned to their own life and career. My dream has come true! Hattie is just that person and artist."
