How do I redeem my money on account?
Follow these 3 easy steps to use your money on account:
- Log In: Before adding tickets to your cart, use this link to log into your account. Your username will be your email address. Forgot your password? No worries you can reset it by clicking the “forgot password” button on the webpage. DO NOT create a new account. If you run into issues, please contact us at tickets@sct.org or call us at 206.441.3322 to complete your order over the phone.
- Add Tickets to your Cart: Select your seats for those shows you wish to see and add them to your cart.
- Check Out: During the checkout process on the payment page, you will see an option to “apply on account funds.” If your cart total is greater than the amount on your account, you will be required to pay the remainder with a credit card at the time of purchase.
How do I pay with my gift certificate?
To pay with your gift certificate add your tickets to your cart and once you reach the cart page enter your gift certificate number. Any remaining balance will be required to be paid by credit card at the time of purchase.
How Do I access my free tickets?
Thank you so much for your donation to SCT. To redeem your free ticket voucher, contact the ticket office and one of our associates will apply it to the performance of your choice. If you would like all of your seats to be together, please let the associate know you will be purchasing the remainder of your seats at the time of redemption.
